Overall Opinion:
The packaging and overall look of Glow Recipe Plum Plump Serum made me really excited to try out the product. And since it’s been colder in these winter months, I was especially looking forward to the promised hydrating results.
Unfortunately, I was majorly disappointed with this face serum. While the product itself is easy to use and incorporate into your skincare routines, it simply doesn’t deliver on any hydrating benefits.
Additionally, it left my skin much worse off than before I started using it, with ironically more dry skin in sensitive areas, and numerous blemishes popping up all over my face.

Texture/Feel
The texture of Glow Recipe Plum Plump Serum is average.
Once the serum absorbs into your skin, it leaves behind a slightly sticky residue. I didn’t find that the residue made it more difficult to layer my other skincare products on top, however.
Overall, this was a comfortable face serum to wear both during the day and at night.

The instructions say to use 1-2 pumps, but I don’t think you’ll need more than one pump. Even that amount felt like a lot of product to use on my face and neck.
